Computers may help modern work possible, but when computer use is left unchecked, the aggregate affect can wreck real havoc on your body and your eyesight.

Experts suggest spending no more than 1 hour at a time viewing a computer screen, with at least 5-10 minute spans in between where your eye focus varies on different tasks and distances. If you spend hours consistently in front of a screen, not only are you likely causing damage to your posture and spine, but you’re also stressing your eyes through the fixation on a single point.
